I think there’s a way out. Since those who touch the emulate are not frozen when time is stopped, she could maneuver her whole family into position so all of them are touching it unfreeze time tell them to grab it and freeze time again in a split second and then since she seems to be able to manipulate objects like the cart which the wheels are obviously unfrozen, then she could take her car out of the country, because the missiles are obviously coming for the United States

Hi, she could easily calm down, grab a van and place her family in the van and drive for a few hours to a remote area, with no rockets in site, then unfreeze time , assuming when time freezes it is the entire world not just say 5 miles diameter Can you find a safe area say 3 hour drive away on the other side of a mountain ???

You know... one way she could easily save herself and her family, would be to get hold of a bike or something with a wagon, load each family member into said wagon, peddle as far out into the country as she could, and load up the safe spot with her family, tons and tons of looted food, water, medical supplies, then reactivate time and just... survive. Bonus if her car, during that shopping trip, still worked while time was frozen.
