This theme is strongly related to the values of loyalty and unity that the family aspire to live, but it also conveys the emotions and struggles each member of the family has to confront. Musically speaking, this theme embrace feelings of love and loss, sacrifice and sadness, and even a bit of action. It's wonderful to have a musical theme associated to such a powerful emotional core, and overall this is a great contribution and expansion to the musical world of Avatar.

My wife and I lost our daughter last year and this movie was so much more than just an Avatar movie. I feel so connected to this film more than any other movie. Say what you want but James Cameron understands family and love and loss.

Goosebumps! I love Avatar 😭💙 Post Avatar Depression Syndrome here

Sully family theme is what this suite is. It represents the love, heart, and emotion of the family. As they say throughout the movie, "Sully's stick together."

The more I listen, the more I feel the emotions being carried out into the movie's soundtrack. Especially Neytiri's song, "Soundcord", was dedicated to Neteyam and Kiri. It broke my heart to hear it across the movie in different mood settings.

I've been a super devoted Avatar fan since I was a little kid, I still collect the action figures and read the comics. That music at 24:00 was probably the single most impactful moment I have ever had in a theater. I'm beyond happy to see others who are still invested in the Avatar story <3

How this didn’t get nominated for an Oscar is beyond me. So epic and emotional! I can’t wait for what’s in store on the next 3 movies! Congrats to Simon Franglen on this wonderful soundtrack full of emotion! What’s more sad is James Cameron not getting a best director nom either. The people speak with their hard earned money and they choose Avatar The Way of Water! 💙

Four years ago I was devastated by my parents deaths. It was so much that I didn’t realize how much I was drifting away from my family. My wife didn’t know how to help me, and so was consoled by a friend who I had known since kindergarten. They left me and convinced my daughter that I was the problem. My daughter finally found the truth of what happened and she slowly reached out to me. In December, we watched Avatar: Way of the Water and it felt like everything was better again. All my mistakes were fixed. Thank you James Cameron, I would’ve left this earth long ago if not for you ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

I was very afraid of what the second part would bring musically after the first Avatar and James Horner. The best decision was to keep the first one in its beauty and purity. The second part was stitched to Neytiri's song throughout, which is spot on. When Jake says, "It's a father's job to look after his children", the thread was broken for everyone in the cinema. Tears were streaming down the faces of vigorous, hardened men. The Avatar is always about the present. Not a film, a guide to what to watch out for. Family first! I see You

This soundtrack gives me all the emotions. Calling this a film would be an insult. This is more like a music poured out from someone's heart, as though they've opened their heart and exposed the deepest longing in there. Edit: These replies are so beautiful guys 🥺
