This is such a chilling vision. City of Tears in the aftermath of Embrace the Void ending. Hornet and Hollow going down into the Heart of Hallownest, shrouded in shadows, swallowed by Void. Facing off against the most powerful and horrifying being ever to dwell there, Void Given Focus, Lord of Shades

I love the reversed chords, they really add a mystical, alien sound to the piece.

This would happen after the Embrace the Void ending (no flower), where Hornet ventures to the City of Tears to find The Knight after she escaped from The Hollow Knight. Little did she know, The Void had taken the city above. After Hornet makes it to the fountain, The Void would start dragging parts of the City down into the Royal Waterways. (The Pale King was very smart, placing a city directly above a giant basin filled with void. Very smart.) Hornet goes to the Junk Pit, Where my track "Void Given Focus" would take place.

Nah, if after you get the void hart, the dead souls rise to the city of tears and turns it into this, now that would be badass

This could have been the abyss city now deep underground the sea of abyss but too bad team cherry didn't make an abyss dlc.

It should change to the city of darkness when you get void heart like crossroads changes to infected crossrosds
