A confrontation outside of the house from A Christmas Story in Cleveland between its owner and one of the film's actors is gaining national attention.

"Leave now! Get away from my property," owner Brian Jones is seen shouting at actor Yano Anaya as he was apparently taking photos with fans at the house. "Don't ever come here again. Never ever again. Leave now. I'm serious. Get going. Leave!"

TMZ, which shared the video Sunday, reports the incident happened on Nov. 15 -- the day after the iconic Cleveland property was officially put up for sale.

The video goes on to show Jones calling Anaya a "scammer" and "loser."

The owner is just angry because he wants to charge for photos with cast members.

Who would want to give the owner any money for the house now. He doesn’t deserve it. What a horrendous and embarrassing way to act in public. And if you’re only going to sell to certain people then don’t list it publicly. An embarrassment to those of us who love the movie.

It is so uncool that he has exploited this house and the cast of the movie but is acting like that. It's also quite funny that he has put up the house right before Christmas. Looks like it's for publicity. Seems like a person that owns a memorial to a movie would do it for the love of that movie and therefore feel exceptionally proud when one of the cast would want to purchase it. To me, that is the utmost appreciation of the work that went into the memorial. Anyway, profits over people. Money changes everything for the worse.
  • Yeah, I’m sure he was concerned for the fans… Spin… Maybe the little out burst just reduced the value on the house significantly.

Brian is rude... Period... After this, who would buy it?
