I only adopt seniors from the shelter. I'm a senior myself and don't have the health or energy handle a young dog. But seniors need love too. Once they cross the rainbow bridge, I look for another senior dog that needs a loving home.

I would totally adopt that shepherd mix, whoโs been there longest! What a beautiful dog. All my critters get presents from Santa Paws! The Border Collie totally understands what itโs about! Itโs a hoot watching him open his gift every year. Even the chickens get a treat- dried mealworms!

I fell in love with Yogi the second I saw him, I wish I could adopt him but I live on the other side of the world from this center. I really hope he gets adopted by a loving family soon!

I wish I could adopt every single one of these dogs because they are just so cute and unique. All shelter dogs make great pets because they are unique. Yet, I cant adopt one because I still live with my parents, and they are considering a second dog, but they want a specific day

All these dogs are so adoptably, adorably cute and deserving of a home. (I'm partial to the mixes myself but even moreso the overlooked longterm shelter residents like that beautiful shepherd...) Thanks for helping them before the holidaze and as always.๐๐ถ๐๐โฎ๏ธ

Bear is just like my shepherd cross was! The playful spirit, beautiful body. She was my therapist and best friend for 14.5 years! Any of these sweet babies will love you unconditionally, and likely won't go through the newborn phase that a fresh puppy does!

Yeti, Moose, Rudolph, Dasher, YOGI, Bear, Pee-Mastiff, Kobeee.. LOVED THEM ALL! <3 I truly wish them to be adopted.. Im definetly starting a dog shelter here in sri-lanka when i get old and create a WORKING PROGRAM so no stray animal is stray no more :)..Thats my dream..but gotta study 1st lol ๐ .. I've just lost my male Chihuahua Spike in April. If that Chihuahua was in the UK I would definitely be adopting her. I have a female Chihuahua on my left arm from my Chihuahua Gypsy who I lost 6 years ago. She didn't like me watch any animals with four legs on TV. I would love to give the Chihuahua a loving home. Poor baby.

Oh my goodness! The bloodhound/mastiff is GORGEOUS! ๐ฅฐ If my current pupper WASN'T dog aggressive (he came out of a horrible situation), I'd try adopting him, in a second.
