I'm a nursing professor and still work in the ED. This was an excellent video. I wish you'd spent a minute explaining the "expectant" since, ethically, those are the most challenging. Walking away from someone who would (in normal situations) be resuscitated (or attempted anyway) because they are "expected" to die is a tough call, even if one knows that your resources are required elsewhere. My nursing students struggled with this decision.

Civilians also need to be trained to tell the operator that it's a possible mci incident and know what is considered and mci incident in even in basic cpr training so the proper response is there from the start. First responders are always non impacted by standards who give the initial info

Very well done but I'm on my ambulance squad on a volly unit and we could of handled this with three ambulance and maybe one engine not all of this
