I wish I could start my life over. I wish sometimes I would get locked up again and would be clean. Even in jail I can get high but it's very expensive.
Bottom line you have to do it yourself and want to do it. Thank you for caring about me.

You are maybe making the step of doing rehab bigger in your mind than what it really is, then it can be overwhelming. Don't think too far ahead. Don't think about 30 days, just think in bite sized pieces. Like say to yourself "ok I'll go there but only for today and tonight. Tomorrow I'll reassess and take it from there" if you feel ok, say to yourself "ok I'll do one more day", if you don't feel strong enough you can walk away from it.(never forget dude, you always have that freedom) But that mentality of 'ok just one more day', that's how I came off my drug addiction. I think you'll be surprised mate, they won't make you go through hell, they will give you the meds, like suboxone and diazepam, you'll be high as f%%k from those and slowly come back to earth, gently like a balloon, not like a rock falling, and they'll feed you and you'll be clean and warm. Honestly bro, I think you'll actually have fun there as ridiculous that might sound. Don't make the mountain bigger than it is and you'll conquer it with more ease than you expect.

Today is my 12th day clean from opioids minus 1 day relapsed.. you can’t think to much bc drugs make you think different! JUST DO IT!

That's the usual story they do that over here but shouldn't have taken the lead but that's addiction for you those folks will go to the ends earth to get there fix , MIKE you just have to go to rehab you have to really want it bad enough I have faith in you bruvah seek help mate your life ain't over, please go for it I'll have been sober, end of this month 25 yrs I agree it's hard yes it has to come from you deffenatly, you should not have to I was going to ask about your brother I hope he's ok Mike keep going never give up mate respect & love from Scotland 🙏🇺🇸🏴🙏❤️
