Reverse Curl with Skull Crusher- 4 sets of 8-10 reps
Dumbbell Curls with French Press- 4 sets of 8-10 reps
High Curl with Reverse Press down- 4 sets of 10-12 reps
(forearms)
Reverse Wrist Curl- with Standing Wrist Curl- 4 sets of 10-15 reps
