    With the kawi motors there bullet proof lil heavy for a rider on lawns but they do such a nice job have the se mower for over ten years an my metro walk behind is from 97 runs an runs an runs 40plus hours a week never any down time stumbled across your video same as I would do great stuff

    Put the bearing(s) in the grease can, all at one time and use your fingers, ONCE, leave them in the can and pull them out one by one to install; wipe your fingers (and fingers) less often! Great video!!

    What size socket you use for top of the caster?
  • Is tightening the nut too much supposed to cause the bearings to seize or reduce the freespin of the wheels? I was under the impression you tighten them as much as possible and if your spacer is set right it should still freespin. Then again I have different bearings than you.

    how do you get the type with wrench slots off..i have a new wheel and tire with no bearings..tire ruined...thanks

    How about standing and painting before installing the new bearings to avoid contaminating the new bearings.
