One of my favorite villain quotes is from this film from Magneto, “I’ve been at the mercy of men just following orders. Never again.” That shows his entire agenda. Amazing performance by Michael Fassbender.

In terms of the X-men working as a team, this might be the best movie of all of them
  • @ShavayD
This movie is just amazing. I also just have to say that Magneto is by far my favourite character in this franchise. I know people like Wolverine and all but for me, it's not even close. Both Ian and Michael did a phenomenal job and were the perfect contrasts to their respective Charles'. He's had a horrific life and story that I don't even blame him for what he does

JUSTICE FOR DARWIN!!! HES A OMEGA LEVEL MUTANT IMORTAL, NOT FUCTINALY LITTERLY IMORTAL
  • A PREQUEL and a reboot is a tricky hand in of itself. A clean slate as a reboot, but a puzzle to propose the pre-event structures. Bravo to the writers! 👏🏼👏🏼
  • Darwin isn't dead. He teleported elsewhere (as has happened in the comics) whilst appearing to die so they'd leave him alone....
  • @WesleyGuerrero
Maybe we'll see Darwin survived his death scene, turning into energy itself and being brought back by Deadpool and Wolverine in the next movie.
  • @person14904
X-Men First Class and Day of Future Past are two favorite X-Men movies in the franchise. Just seems like Fox could never stick the landing with a third movie.
  • @tiago9977
2:37 I loved how the reboot changed Mystique's relationship with Professor X & Beast.
  • @paulstephens2861
24:06 i think thats actually a reference to the first X-Men comic where Charles Xavier says that he thinks the reason he was born with his powers is because his parents worked on the Manhattan project.
  • @LordMegatron84
The wolverine scene in the film is where I feel they should’ve sent Logan’s mind in Days of Future’s Past.
  • @Zombiesnyder13
Simon Kinberg proved that he can do a better job as a producer than as a writer In fact, he was the one who pitched Matthew Vaughn to direct this movie, after seeing his work in KICK-ASS
  • @redgenerall28
Watched it in the theater and was genuinely surprised by how good it was
  • @afishynado6812
"Adapt to this" sounds like a reference to The Matrix where Trinity says "Dodge this" before shooting Agent Brown.
  • @poovanna4284
One of the best X men movie's actually Surprisingly it was not big hit at the Box office
  • @ToniBingi
I always got the impression that Darwin DID "adapt to this" - but in so doing he had to evolve into a higher life form that no longer has a physical body. He's alive, he's just not able to interact with the physical world (for now).
  • @groge511
8:06 "CEO of Lockheed". Lockheed is the name of Kitty Pryde's dragon companion
  • You know, just because someone is drinking something in an X-Men film, it isn't necessarily ALWAYS a callback to the people drinking champagne during the Weapon X flashback in X2.
  • @barney7822
The MCU will never make a Magneto of their own that is this tragic and badass
  • @tiago9977
I like when characters hv a secondary ability to help them stand out from other characters w/ similar abilities lol, i.e.: * Emma Frost - diamond form & telepathy * Tempest (AKA Angel in this) - insect wings & acid spit * Jean Grey - telepathy & telekinesis * Wolverine - claws & regenerative healing * Psylocke - telekinetic constructs & telepathy * Callisto - superspeed & X-factor detection * Sue Storm - invisibility & force field generation, etc. 6:16 I also like when they hv a unique physical appearance (i.e. Beast, Mystique, Nightcrawler, Storm, Blink, etc)
