Okay, I love the lady who posted this originally for being so honest and relatable.

Having excessive sebum with blocked pores can easily lead to pimple and cysts.

The oil is Sebum so it's normal Edit: it cases hairloss. I did not notice.

That’s scalp psoriasis! I get it pretty bad sometimes, the only thing I’ve found that helped was cutting out drinking, moderating stress as best as you can and try to keep up with your vitamin D. Good luck sista!
  • Melasszsia fungus literally feeds on sebum. That fluid is sebum and a little water loss.

Sometimes I noticed that if I play with my hair and scalp too much, my hair gets more early and I have to wash it sooner versus when I don’t touch my hair I guess it’s just stimulating. The follicles in the oil comes out more. Like I could have freshly washed hair if I start brushing my hands through my hair and I grabbing my scalp, my hair is gonna get really oily.

Fungus excretes oleic acid and gradually with period of time , it turns into scalp . These fungus feed on sebum which gets secreated from sebaceous gland .
  • Yes this is very normal it’s ok! But for a little help if u want to I LOVE to use a scalp massager on my head for shampoo it really gets in my scalp to remove a lot of dandruff and stuff!

No judgement here! I have seborrheic dermatitis, which is caused by overproduction of sebum. This was very interesting to see up close. I really wish I could view my scalp under a microscope

The oil is either your hair producing oil to get your hair healthy or a fungus is feasting on your hair

Both the dandruff and oil are normal. The dandruff is because you have dry scalp try head and shoulders or sulfate free. And the oil releases when we massage our scalps (touch them), brush our ha8r etc, that’s why it’s good to brush our hair twice daily and massage our scalps with fingers or hair oil if it’s dry because it will moisten the dry skin stop flaking off
  • Washing your hair too often can cause an overproduction of oil like this! That’s why I tell my clients to wash as little as possible- you’re gonna be greasy for a month just because your body’s trying to balance it out but you’ll notice you won’t get as greasy so fast

Finally, I reduced my white flakes on the scalp and hairfall. Step 1: Apply hair oil and let it overnight or for a minimum of an hour for it to work. Secondly, Rinse it out with shampoo. Step 3: Put on conditioner that you prefer to the roots of your hair. I used littleeextra cococonion anti hair fall kit for these steps as it's gentle and organic, and is known gud for hair fall control. Incase if you have dandruff, put on lemon juice on your scalp minimum once a week prior to shampooing and wash it off about an hour later.
  • Seborrheic dermatitis??? It's super interesting actually, the cause is in the last living layer of the epidermis being injured, getting plugged with oil, and then when those cells die the oil remains and adheres dead skin cells and causes irritation.

Here is what it was for me. It’s seborrheic dermatitis. What happen is when I consume almonds, cashews and peanuts, my scalp would break up with a full rage compared to this video. I simply start consuming those nuts and it seem to be controlled. I also used an anti-fungal body wash, available on amazing.
  • I’ve had that happen too when I over scratch. Try clobetasol!!! Helps my dermatitis
