People love to complain all the time including myself. Let's try to limit that

Here's my complaint: If you're gonna be stingy with coal at least do it right. Up to eight potatoes can be smelted per coal, not seven.
  • My complaint- I don’t like sand. It’s coarse. It’s rough. Irritating and it gets everywhere.

"nobody cares about the fact that you didn't get enough sleep last night" shit, im watching this at 3.30am, and i have class at 8am tomorrow.

People are frightened in the idea that nobody cares about them, but in my view, that's liberating: You can pursue your own path without being shackled by the judgment of the others.

the irony of this video is palpable

I notice this with my gamer friends. Instead of just playing the game and having fun they always complain about "getting oneshot" or "the opponent is cheating" or "the game sucks". It really demotivates me as well and makes me distance myself from them

Some people go through the worst, but they keep quiet about it

[neurodivergence intensifies] my petty complaint is that I wish people wouldn't ask "how are you?" when they don't actually care how you are and don't want an honest, forthcoming response. IMO it's actually dehumanizing AF to have to perform this empty linguistic handshake and remind myself that they don't want a real response. Protip for streamers: you can easily replace "how are you" with "hope you're doing well" while greeting chatters.

I used to talk to people alot about things i was going through. Eventually, i found that venting wasnt worth the time and im better off putting my energy into other forms of activity. It sucks to hear that no one cares, but it honestly makes you feel more comfortable to understand your own thoughts when you let things go and dont allow stupid things to get to you.

My complaint: Classmates and people that ive tried to talk to are trash at responding and eventually i stop trying to text them or i just straight up remove them off social media. Now, i wont pay attention to this complaint from now on
  • This is basically a tutorial how to be unlikable. If all you do is complain about your problems to friends then you should expect that they will eventually get fed up. I've known so many people that all they would do is complain or vent and it's just so unpleasant to be around them. At one point you just want to tell them to shut up, stop complaining and get their crap together because complaining won't do anything and they have to take action. I think that people who complain but do nothing in order to improve their situation are one of the most annoying type of people out there. I'm not saying that venting to your friends is bad, it can help if you just let some things out and reaching out when you are at your lowest is very very important and your friends are there to listen to you and support you, but if you are overwhelming someone with your complaining like "blah blah i woke up and i feel terrible I dont wanna live I am boring and unlikable no one likes me I went to school and almost fell asleep because this teacher does the holy yapping of yappingtons and i will drop out because my grades are ass" and someone is trying to talk to you and help you and you just ignore them and keep ranting you are a bad person. Friends are people not a trauma dumpster and it's important to respect their bondaries. Point is: If you feel bad you can talk about it with your friends but if all you do is complain and do nothing to improve it you are a crappy person. Great video niko take care!!

My minor complaint is that even though i get good sleep but i feel so tired all the time.
  • @hotdog2611
Ironically I feel this. I'm getting sick of hearing my guardians complaining everytime he gets home from work, "Woe is me", "its so hot", "this is the thanks I get for doing XYZ". The nonstop yelling at every little thing and everyone else in the house. Im tired of it. I get it, its hard working outside all day in the heat in something no one wants to do, but he picked the line of work to it. So, why complain about it? Idk its just what you said why be so miserable all the time. Just calm down and cool off its over now.

This is actually such an important topic. I think a lot of this is the modern, tech-drowned mindset we have I'm surrounded by people who complain about little things, and have started catching myself doing it. I heard from a really talented therapist that the brain is a muscle, and every day we train it through how we act. Someone who constantly focuses on their ego and the future trains for anxiety. Conversely, people who catch that impulse, let stuff go, and be with themselves train to be calm abd collected So if you train your brain to understand your need to complain, and to decide not to, imagine what can happen!
  • @dxqth
I often complain about how I procrastinate.
