I love how honest you guys are about losing your own hair and how it’s actually a worry for you. I have hair loss and it bothers me so badly. No other skin issue bothers me as badly as the hair loss. I don’t know why.
  • These guys are literally blessing us with free advice❤️❤️❤️❤️ We can't thank them enough🤗
  • Definitely appreciate this content and the organized and evidence-based way it is presented 👍🏼 YouTube is lacking this and is a cesspool when it comes to hair content, so thank you!

So detailed and thank you so much for putting headings along the time line. It really helps people like me who wants to go to a certain topic over again. Both of you are awesome!

After recovering from COVID, I noticed that my hair was falling out more than usual. To address this concern, I made some positive changes to my lifestyle. I adjusted my diet, ensuring that I consumed more protein and vitamins. Additionally, I started taking daily walks for at least 20 minutes to stay active. I also practiced 10 minutes of meditation daily to reduce stress. For my hair care, I used littleextra cocoonion hair oil twice a week, leaving it on for 5 hours before washing it off with littleextra's natural mild shampoo and conditioner. I also started drinking amla juice in the mornings. Moreover, I decided to cut back on smoking and drinking, indulging only once a month for social gatherings. All these changes played a significant role in reducing my hair fall. Thank you for being there for me!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE 🥺 Consider doing a video (or having a part of a video) that deals with PCOS. I am struggling to find good trustworthy resources that deals with the cosmetic issues with PCOS. If they have already done this video, someone please give me a link 🙏 Thank you in advance.

Ive been losing hair for over 4 years now and my blood tests were always “normal”. Fast forward to now, a dermatologist finally told me that my iron levels need to be much much higher than what I have. Even though they appear to be normal, ive been deficient all these years causing my hair loss.

Thanks for this excellent, comprehensive video! I'm especially glad to hear you're planning on making this a series. When you do, would you talk specifically about women and hair loss? And also how hair loss (and hair loss treatment options) can differ for premenopausal women, perimenopausal women, and postmenopausal women?
  • I've been dealing with hair loss for 2 years now, under a dermatologist care for over a year. I have been on a prescription for that time and was starting to see tiny regrowth but it's all gone now and idk why. I see my dermatologist in a few weeks and am really going to push for more treatment especially with you both stressing time is of the essence. I will say hair loss as a female, especially in today's society, is absolutely devastating 😔

Realizing that their clinic is not too far from where I live 🙌🏽 I had terrible post-partum hair loss two years ago especially in the temple area, my scalp felt tender for a whole month from the hairloss, but luckily it grew back. I recently started to lose hair again, almost in the same pattern as before and would clog the shower drain after every shower. My ponytail has always been thick, but it has halved in size...again, I see a ton of baby hair growing back but the temple areas are still very thin. I hope it was just related to stress, post covid, and hope it does not lead to permanent hair loss 🤞🏽
