  • I'm 77, injured my back weight lifting when I was 39. I picked up 445 lbs and if felt like all the meat pulled off my back. Over the years my back pain has gotten much worse, so bad I've been praying for God to let me die. Last night I remembered my grandmother would take a teaspoon of baking soda in a cup of water for her pain. She was always active cooking and cleaning right up till the night she had a brain anuseriam at age 88. I remembered that last night and tried it, I was desperate. It's now 7:30 and I'm still feeling no pain. Thank you Jesus!

A word flashed on the screen; "affective", early on in the video. If something has positive effects and improvement; it is spelled "effective"! "Affect" is a present tense transitive verb. Ex: "The wind can affect your steering of the car." But "effect" is a noun; like "the wind had a terrible effect on my hair!" Can you tell I'm a 4.0 English major?😂 You'll have to point that out to your video producer! But I loved your video anyway; as I'm trying to deal with chronic pain from pinched nerves in my back; and it's a slow process. I don't wish to destroy my liver and kidneys in the process. Turmeric has produced significant relief for me, but it's very expensive and I have to take 4 times the volume in milligrams to get the same effects that I do from Advil liquid gels. I've taken boswellia root extract before and it seemed to work synergistically with turmeric for an even more pronounced result. I will look into pine bark extract. I don't take any medications to worry about interactions. Thanks much for your informative video.

good video here = right to the point. SO many videos have to do a backstory of the creation of the universe before they get to the subject of the video. Nice work. Right to the point. I love it/

Ibuprofen & Naproxen & Tylenol, caused Atrial Fibrillation, then Metoprolol & Amitriptyline, caused AFib to increase. I stopped taking ( Evil Pharma meds the 2 above, and have daily taken& recorded my blood pressure for 2 years....* Am healthier, and suffer reduced pain, from Osteoarthritis, spinal stenosis and DVT,and peripheral neuropathy. Thank-you for these words of wisdom on using natural ingredients as supplements!😊
  • Great information! I have osteoarthritis & have had chronic back & knee pain for many many yrs. I prefer to take natural supplements. However, the extent of my pain requires more treatment. I have been taking curcumin extract (turmeric) with bioperine (black pepper) for a better part of 2 yrs & it helps my knees more than any pharmaceuticals. Both of my knees are bone on bone. I need bi-lateral knee replacements. However, 2 orthopedic surgeons have told me that I'm not a surgical candidate due to my BMI being >40. (Personally, I find it discriminatory. There is a chance that bc of my increased wgt that I could be at a higher risk of infection. That could throw off the dr's successful surgery stats. So they choose not to operate on ppl like me.) I have been living with painful knees for at least 10 yrs. The turmeric with bioperine helps A LOT! It doesn't make me pain free. I don't want to give anyone false hope. But it has helped reduce my pain. I had to go through 3 different brands to find the right one. Not all of the turmeric supplements out there contain the exact. That's a vital part. So don't give up. Do your research & by all means, check with your pharmacist & /or your medical provider b4 taking any new supplements. A word about boswellia. For me it increased my urination a lot! After 3 days I began having horrible leg & foot cramps. So if you're on a diuretic, you definitely need to check with a medical professional b4 taking it. Your blood pressure could drop too much. Good luck everyone. Try to have a low pain day. ☮

@Erik Richardson D.O. - What do you recommend for pain that is natural for Interstitial Cystitis (IC)??
  • Excellent information ℹ️ But for some reason I thought you would mention Glucosamine and MSM it works really good !! 👍🏻 maybe you could talk about it?? Please?🙏 Thank You Dr Richardson !! God Bless.
  • Unless I’m mistaken, it seems like most of these treat chronic conditions. What are the options for acute pain?
  • Hi! I’m just wondering if you have ever heard of Kratom? I take that occasionally for pain. I have fibromyalgia. When it gets bad or I am really stiff, it seems to help. It has about the same side effects as a hydrocodone but if you overdose it just makes you sick! I have heard of it being abused as well. But still safer than opioids.
