Lake Monster - Slocansaurus caught on camera! (real)

Published 2023-09-23
A night out at the beach turns into a frightening unforgettable experience. Watch as our group attempts to uncover the truth about what they saw that crazy night. Interviews with expert biologist Dr. Carin Bondar (carinbondar.ca) and an eye-witness account of the cadborosaurus described by Lisa Lake have helped us get some much needed answers, but also has left us with more questions.

This has the feel of an art project by these high school students - no real monsters involved?

Six teenagers in 2023 and no one had a cell phone to take video give me a break that is so ridiculous

I am not at all joking... My BF saw one of these in Lake Washington in 2020, March or April, at the boat launch one night. I've NEVER seen him so scared, he wanted to get away but I insisted on waiting to see if I could see it because I stupidly didn't look up to take him seriously. I did see the rusty fur covered crown of it's head go by in front of my car headlights. I had heard the ducks in a frenzy and believed it snagged one, what I saw was no duck though. When he described what he saw I showed him rendition pictures of the Cadborosaurus and he esclaimed that's what he saw... Huge Glowing Red Eyes, inflated wobbling snout, swimming in an undulating fashion right into the semi-enclosed boat launch area of Gene Coulon Park!

I have been to Loch Ness many years ago. I don't know what it and the surrounding area looks like now. But when I was there it was very still and creepy. The Myth of Nessie has over the many years been responsible for a lot of tourism and the selling of every kind of souvenir. From "T" Shirts to Nessie Dolls. So I assume it has generated the creation of many jobs. It has been an economic goldmine. Everyone would like to have their own version of Nessie. With TV programs, documentaries and books being written about such mysteries. Small, out of the way, unknown places find fame. You will know for sure if it's real, when people get hurt, killed or go missing.

I swam with a prehistoric creature in Caribbean, its looks like Nessie, that's who I swam with, arrow on end of tail. A baby one washed up on South Carolina beach, few years back. Mine had long neck, size of school bus, head looked like in video about size of small watermelon, she sung her neck around and looked me right in face, body shaped like huge pod, long tail, with distinct arrow on tip....her head was actually snake like, she seemed very serene, like she laughed then dove.

Thank you for posting this! Although many reasons are given that a large creature such as you saw is "impossible", sightings and encounters nevertheless happen. Every sighting and experience is important and should be documented. Do not despair if answers don't come quickly. Underwater exploration and investigations are hugely expensive, and that's simply a bothersome reality of real life.

I am very familiar with the New Denver area having lived and worked in Trail for 35 years I have also travelled the length of the Columbia River from Mica to Portland, Oregon. If this supposed creature lives in salt water there is ABSOLUTELY no way for it to make it's way past the numerous dams on the Columbia River. There is not even fish ladders for salmon to return. Since 2009 I have lived in Vancouver and have never heard of anything other than Bigfoot. If there was a sea monster seen within 200 km from here one would think it would get some news coverage.

It sounds like it broke wood as it jumped in the water from land ...?

Looks like some kinda whale to me. Appeared to have a blowhole to me so, but who knows. They seem to be describing an oarfish but it didn't behave like one. There are plenty of unknown water species so who knows. Those drawings look like that photo of a carcass that was half eaten. I can't remember where I saw it but the head is spot on. Probably the same species for sure
