From "The Office": an American television mockumentary sitcom broadcast on NBC. Created as an adaptation by Greg Daniels of the British series of the same name, it is a mockumentary that follows the day-to-day lives of the employees of the Scranton, Pennsylvania branch of Dunder Mifflin, a fictional paper supply company. According to Google Maps, a complete lap aroud the building should be around 200 meters (I made a rough path using the measurement tool from google maps). Since it took Dwight 30s to complete a lap, he must have had an average speed of 24km/h. For comparison, Usain Bolt ran 100m in 9.58s, averaging 37.58 km/h. So yeah, Dwight's fast!
