The fact that Lana is so stunningly beautiful that she could just become a model and life off her looks, yet she decides to use her wisdom and to help others. If the world was blind, Lana, you'd still impress so many. Thank you for spreading your light.

"I don't abandon myself for someone else" That quote was beautiful. Lovely take on self love.

it's kinda crazy how nobody's talking about the book womens magic truths on borlest
  • “Integrity is doing the right thing, even when no one is looking.” I think about this every time I’m about to throw my apple core out the window.

"You do not abandon yourself to satisfy someone else"-SO TRUE
  • I'm 21 and my whole life I was people pleaser now i come on stage that I don't want to please anyone I started to forgive myself and care more and take small steps everyday. Everyone deserve true love and kindness so be the person for yourself.

soo sorry the audio goes from loud to quiet during some parts. I was moving around quite a bit when filming and wasn't wearing a lav mic hehe, hope it's not too annoying. love you.

I used to blame myself and depressed many times. But your sentence 'Don't give yourself, or people discounts' help me being more kind to me. Thanks Lana.

"I don't abandon myself for someone else", a great quote! We should make sacrifices when needed, help each other, and so on, but abandon one self is the same as suicide even if the body and mind still lives on. But what is the point of life if you abandon yourself?

I’ve recently found this channel and lately I’ve been binging all your videos. I definitely feel like I neglected self love in the past and even now I feel like dumb mistakes in my past take over my mindset some times rather than focusing on where I want to go in life. I definitely think it’s good to take time and get to know yourself such as who is the person you want to be and what your goals are but if you beat your self up all the time that can be hard to do. I guess it’s all about balance with self care and holding yourself accountable

something I once found that really changed my view on self- love and my moral compass was "be the person you would ideally fall in love with". that made me reinterpret my definition of both self-love and love I can be given by someone else
  • @kimmy6984
Lana that was really powerful of you to say such things!! I will absolutely taking notes. As a people pleaser, i find this very helpful to help me love myself even more💗 Thank you for a billion times!
