    Nice! I heard you could freeze flowers and then put them on a cake.

    I'm having problems removing the zinnia and placing it nicely on my cake, I have tried using the little plastic scissors, but I think I'm missing something as I tend to mess up one side of the zinnia placing it on my cake. Any pointers?
