It's just mind-boggling how good a CRT monitor can look, as of 2023 we still are 5-10 years away from matching a CRT like this for its image quality and performance, at least we have OLED monitors now, which are 40-50% as good as a decent CRT monitor, I really like my QD-OLED for some content, obviously it's not anywhere near my LaCie Blue IV 22 CRT, but its still nice to have.

Cool stuff. Gutted I sold all my larger crt monitors. Only got a Philips 17 inch left I use for my dreamcast

Man I wish I had a CRT like that. Mine will only do 1600x1200 at 70hz max

I really need to show this to my friend who want to buy a new pc for himself

Do you have a link to the displayport adapter you're using? If appreciate it

I got a sony e530 21", Do you think it's possible for me to display this resolution?
-
I just got this monitor with the hood, but not the colorimeter. It’s really great so far. How many hours does yours have? Have you done any calibration in Windas?

Compatible ps5?
-
Does this damage the tv in anyway?

Now I am blind..

its not 4k, this monitor support max resolution 1920x1200
-
I think you'll find it's still 1440p

The CRT's resolution can't actually go that high. The CRT is accepting the resolution but because the resolution chosen is above the CRT's highest resolution you won't really notice any difference in the image quality.
