In a recent public meeting convened by NASA’s Independent Study Team, focused on Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP), on May 31, 2023, Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick, serving as the director of the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO), unveiled compelling evidence. He presented a remarkable video capturing the presence of three unidentified objects, initially recorded on infrared video back in 2021. These intriguing visuals originated from a military range situated in the western United States.
Following an exhaustive analysis of the full motion video, complemented by a meticulous examination of commercial flight data pertaining to the region, AARO arrived at a significant assessment. It was determined that these mysterious objects, although enigmatic at first glance, were, in fact, three distinct commercial aircraft. These aircraft were operating at a substantial distance from the infrared sensor. Consequently, their appearances on the video footage were reduced to mere minuscule dots, owing to their considerable separation from the sensor.
This revelation aligns with radar tracks that corresponded to the flight paths of the identified commercial aircraft, reinforcing the conclusion that these sightings were simply distant aircraft captured on the infrared sensor
