Not many people know this but Renee is the most awarded FILM actress ever (it’s not Meryl Streep). What I mean by that is, she has won every FILM category there is to win by a FILM actor from the 5 major FILM awards in the industry: Oscars, Golden Globes, BAFTA’s, SAG and Critics Choice Awards. Maybe because she’s not a “beauty” or she lives a very quiet life. Who knows? But she will go down in history as probably the most awarded film actress ever. The fireplace mantle in her home is what dreams are made of. Side note: Only Cate Blanchett is close to achieving this feat as well (she only needs to win a Golden Globe for Best Actress in a Comedy and in a Musical and a Critics Choice for Best Supporting Actress).

I love the idea how minimalistic her look is, no jewerly, nothing. Still classy.

This oscar win made Renée Zellweger the second person(After Daniel Day Lewis)and first actress to sweep the all five major film awards(Oscar,Golden Globe,BAFTA,SAG & Critics Choice)TWICE.(For a single performance each) Also she's the first person to did that in both lead and supporting acting categories.(Supporting in Cold Mountain & lead in Judy). This awards season also gave Renée to be the -Seventh actress to win oscars in both lead & supporting actress categories(after Helen Hayes,Ingrid Bergman,Maggie Smith,Meryl Streep,Jessica Lange & Cate Blanchett) -Third actress to win all three actress prizes for motion picture(Drama,Comedy/Musical,supporting)at Golden Globes(after Julia Roberts & Meryl Streep) -Second person(after DDL) and first actress to win three individual SAG awards and first person to win four SAG awards for film work(with SAG ensemble win for Chicago).And so far she's the only person to win back to back individual SAGs for film work(wins for lead in Chicago followed by supporting in Cold mountain) No time for another carrier hiatus Renée,Love you!!

This speech is criminally underrated- everybody been talking about Joaquin’s speech when this speech is just as heartfelt if not more- acknowledging Selena was truly magnificent

Her performance is simply masterful, her voice, her movements, her hunched posture, her gaze, everything in her character is heartbreaking, congratulations to Renée Zellweger, she deserves all the awards she has obtained, she is impressive.
