Getting an engineer into the construction yard is very difficult, but once you have the construction yard, for some reason the enemy will not attack it unless you provoke them. This means you can enjoy this game with a functioning construction yard. With that in mind, your options become far more open, especially if you also take out their refinery so that they cannot afford to keep attacking you.
