POT TV - Dr. David C.A. Hillman, a controversial author and expert on religious drug use, speaks at Cannabis Roots: A Hidden History of Marijuana in Vancouver.

'Satisfying the Flame of Desire with Marijuana: Priestesses, Drugs, and the Cycle of Life'

Dr. David C.A. Hillman earned a Ph.D. in Classics and M.S. in Bacteriology from the University of Wisconsin, where he studied the medicine and pharmacology of antiquity. The London Times described his research as "the last wild frontier of classical studies." Dr. Hillman's work, while firmly grounded in primary sources -- the original documents of Church authorities and others -- is highly controversial. It is research that many modern Church officials do not want known. His dissertation committee refused to pass him unless he removed material about the use of psychedelic drugs in antiquity; he later published the forbidden material in The Chemical Muse. The revelations in Original Sin are even more shocking, especially in light of the worldwide scandals involving pedophile Catholic priests and the higher Church authorities who have protected them and allowed child abuse to continue for years. As soon as the topic of Original Sin became known, Dr. Hillman's livelihood was threatened and he was told he would be blacklisted in his field of teaching. He nevertheless decided to let the truth be known and completed Original Sin under a threat to his ability to support himself and his children. Dr. Ammon Hillman is brilliant. His passion for the truth and for humanity is incredibly rare. His work is inspiration and hope for the future. Thank you for continuing to speak the hard truth especially about the drugs and women's history and medicine 🔥 voices are joining in on the cries for freedom, justice, and truth. Thank you!!!

One of the points that Dr. Hillman raised concerned Jesus and the 'young man' - Greek NEANISKOS - in the Garden of Gethsemane. More than 40 years ago, Professor Morton Smith published what is generally called 'The Secret Gospel of Mark,' which adds verses into Mark's Gospel concerning this young man. The reaction against Smith was brutal; his work was called a forgery (it's not). In an earlier book, 'Jesus the Magician,' Smith makes plain that Jesus was well familiar with drugs all kinds, as can be ascertained from the Greek Magical Papyri. To be clear: nowhere in the Christian traditions does it say that Jesus knew the material in the PGM, but many of the things that he did and used are in the collection. Like the dissertation examiners that denied Dr. Hillman his doctorate, these things ought to be examined without Christian lenses.
  • I have always felt there was a shift to patriarchal society around 4500 years ago. I have noted that the Jewish traditions are of similar dates. I do believe the handsome Doc has a good grip on forgotten history. Thank you for sharing this talk.💚🐢

Egyptians named it Kannupis Inda and East it is bhango, ganja and any other word. Why would the Spanish name it Mari Juana? St Mary and John the Baptist, why would they name it after the most important 2 fiduges of their religion? Why is it also named after the sacred river of Ganjes where Hindus "baptise" themselves in it?

This speech begins the tribulation, thank God 😅 I was with an old college teacher, a wonderful teacher of your calibre and he caught me making comments to question why ppl aren't more like us, he stepped out in agreeance and in questioning this. Indoctrination and sheer stupidity is what we came up with. Us, Ammon, Mr Jenke... we're just a little more and thank you ❤ I'm happier now for connecting and at this it's just wonderful, I share your love of language and envy your depth of knowledge, I could listen to you for the rest of my life.
  • Asterion means ‘starry wisdom’ and was the name of the Minotaur. Glad to know that’s cannabis!

Wow looked up Mark 14:50 in that area, good question, the Prophets in the old testement use to go around in naked groups, cover themselves in oil, Cannabis oil, kinda like the cultures around them. Wise men still seek Him, legalize the sacrament, do it today

The drugging of the young girls to induce whatever incite they recieved reminds me of the movie 300. When Leunitus wanted to go to war he climbed the mountain to speak with the ancient ones. They in turn would consult the oracle (the young lady on drugs). Leunitus also referred to Greeks as boy lovers.

11 years old, 5.5k views, and 152 Likes? We know why this has been hidden, eh? And now he has changed his first name and has a shaved head anyway!
  • Psilocybin has helped me in so many ways. Cannabis cured my son’s seizures. Ayahuasca (dmt) is what we all need now.

I can answer all of his questions but a couple. Just read, 'Simon Peter Versus Simon The Sorceror'. It answers most of his questions. It was Simon THE Petre not Simon Peter the apostle who went to rome and became the first bishop. Simon The Magus, a chaldean sorceror. This is backed by the bible that simon was chaldean priest, tried to by apostleship, apostle peter didnt go to rome when papacy says.
