Perched high above the Museum of Modern Art, 53 West 53 rises up as an expression of its visionary spirit with a brilliant, inspired façade and a rich yet soft palette of museum-quality finishes. A collection of 145 spacious, light-filled, one- to four-bedroom residences offers majestic scale, generous proportions, beautifully conceived details, and stunning views across Central Park, the Hudson River, East River, and Manhattan skyline.

Over 30,000 square feet of extraordinary amenities include a full-floor, 15,000-square-foot wellness center managed by The Wright Fit; 65-ft lap pool, whirlpool, and cold plunge with poolside vertical gardens designed by Patrick Blanc; sauna and steam rooms; massage treatment room; squash court; golf simulator; private screening room; double-height wine tasting room; library with fireplace; children’s playroom; and double-height lounge with private dining room overlooking Central Park.

These designers did really good job on the interior. It’s the perfect balance between unique but not too crazy

The Apartment: ~1 Million The Location: ~45 Million
  • @weixinyuan3727
It feels more like a hotel than a home. Also not digging how much of the space is hallways.
  • @lovetownsend
Overpriced is an understatement. I'd be surprised if the construction of that entire floor of the skyscraper along with the apartment itself cost over 5 million$
  • @Tbarlow99
8:38 imagine your parents spend 46 million on a home and this is where you have to do your homework
  • @eagleonefr
Sometimes I feel like Mickey is searching for the most annoying question just to get the pleasure to watch Enes struggling with the answer and not being able to protest lol. Kinda funny!
  • @HelloDaisy

Gotta say this might be my favorite house featured on this channel. Other ones may cost more but this one's interior design is just impeccable. The location and stunning view also makes this property very unique.
  • @THEMAMMOTHPG
"Mikey can we get a closeup" This is your new merch line lol
  • @TheChemist2159
46 million for a place without a front or back yard. Insane.
  • This was the most instructing tour I had ever seen,,, the decorator is a true genius, yet it's simple or it seems,,, there's modernity, warmth and authentic charm everywhere in this apartment not to mention the breathtaking views of New York....! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
  • @emtquiver1588
Very well displayed. I fell in love with Jean Nouvel's unique columns and style of architecture 😎
  • @longbeach5045
Imagine this interior design in a luxury family home is so beautifully crisp
  • @coolbeanz359
I don’t think I’ll ever be able to understand New York real estate prices 🤭
  • @JamesFluker
Lmao Mikey's lack of enthusiasm when he answers the questions is incredible! What a King!
  • @tigergreg8
By far THE most beautiful apartment I've seen in a long time. It's absolutely perfectly done. I don't say that easily. The staging is phenomenal and whoever designed and staged this deserves an award. If I could buy this, I'd buy it as is. I mean, I wouldn't move or take out one thing from this place, because it is that well done. Needless to say, I'm in awe of what I've seen here.

Hello Enes, I'm Brazilian and I love the fact that your videos have Portuguese subtitles. I have many Brazilian friends who love their work. I wish you every success in the world in this new phase of your life.
  • @Parax94
I really love this one, definitely one of my favorite interiors ever! You can tell it’s expensive but it’s also warm and inviting at the same time. Very tasteful without being over the top or cold. The one thing that bothers me is the fact that the bedrooms feel like hotel rooms (the way they’re set up and the way they’re designed). Not very family friendly. But amazing apartment overall. Man I wish I could afford it lmao.
  • @KeNost82
Of all the reviews Enes makes, my favorites are the ones from New York. It’s just something special about a huge luxury unit in a sky scraper with a view of the city, especially at night with all the lights. It’s just something special about it.
