Like everything in life, moderation is key. Kick back and smoke a joint, or have that beer. Just know your limits
  • Psychedelics are just an exceptional mental health breakthrough. It's quite fascinating how effective they are against depression and anxiety. Saved my life.

I was in my 30s, sober and suicidal. I had chronic anxiety and my mental health prevented me from reaching my potential. I gave in and tried weed. It’s been 4 years and I feel like I have my life back. I’m more productive, in better shape, and free from anxiety and depression. It works for me better than any pill I was ever prescribed to ease my symptoms.
  • In middle school i had ended up being diagnosed with bone cancer specifically ewing sarcoma, i smoked heavily while going through chemotherapy it really helped me alot especially after surgery im thankful to be cancer free today, a huge thankyou to the doctors at UCLA children's hospital for saving my life

I have smoked a LOT of cannabis. I am 70 yrs old and have smoked for 50 yrs. I have been in medicine that long also. I am retired, and very glad to be able to indulge when I feel the desire. I never thought getting weed would get this easy! I live in a condo across the street from a very nice cannabis shop!

I have PTSD and weed has helped reduce nightmares. The doctors originally prescribed prazosin, which gave me migraines. For a while there I definitely smoked too much, but have now found a good balance of smoking 3-4 nights a week. Not everyday, but enough to get by.

Like the video mentioned smoking weed affects people differently. For me the effects of sleeping are the opposite of what the video stated. I’ve been smoking weed almost every single night for the past 2 years and my REM sleep is great. I have so many vivid dreams but then again I’ve always had crazy/epic dreams. But the most beneficial thing from smoking weed has been the reduction of sleep paralysis. I used to have 2-3 episodes of sleep paralysis every week when I was in high school. Over the years it died down to 1-2 episodes every 2 or 3 months. Sometimes a little more. Sometimes less. And sometimes the interval was longer. But I noticed that every time I smoke before sleep Ive had ZERO sleep paralysis episodes.

I have body pain, ADHD and Autism with depression and anxiety; I can't even conclude to answering the question about is it bad or not. I can only say this: it has its benefits and risks.

Nowadays I mostly light up a J or two on the weekends to relax(used to be a more frequent smoker back in university), and while I agree with most of the things in the video, my personal experience while smoking & driving is that I feel weed doesn't impair my motor function at all, on the contrary I seem to ride more carefully & slowly after a smoke sesh.

After 21 years of smoking I finally gave it up😂 I have way more energy and get alot more done...it made me comfortable being uncomfortable and I wasn't making any positive moves in life...not writing it off forever just for now😂

I am totally pro-legalization, but I do think marijuana advocates paint an unrealistically rosy picture of the drug. Yes, it's way safer than most other rec drugs, especially alcohol. But that doesn't mean it can't be a negative force in your life. Having been a heavy user at times, it does cloud your mind to some degree. You can still function, but you're not at your sharpest. I also don't think it's a great idea for adolescents to use it, since your brain is still growing until the mid-20s. And while it's nowhere near as difficult a habit to kick as many drugs, if your tolerance has gotten very high, it's NOT easy to stop. You'll experience sleeplessness, lack of appetite and other unpleasant things for up to 2 weeks. I just think people should approach marijuana in a mindful way, and try to avoid having it every single day for months on end.

I will never forget when I worked with a pregnant woman who told me that if I want a baby that doesn't cry then just smoke weed during pregnancy. I wonder how her children turned out to be.

I love the fact I'm in the sky off 2 dab hits and an edible watching this video. He is right about chronic migraines. Works great.

Moral of the story is weed effects everyone differently and you shouldn't abuse it. Use/ smoke/ eat in moderation...

A very Christian old fashioned lady that lived next door to us got diagnosed with cancer. She was a nurse and very much had spent her whole life staying away from anything considered drugs. But towards the end of her life the pain got so bad that she was finally willing to try some of the medical majahona that my father is prescribed. She didn’t use it as often as she was offered it, but she did admit that it helped with the pain and calmed some of her nerves when she did use it…She was a very sweet women and she will be missed. She didn’t want to go even though she had led a long fulfilling life. No one thought she was gonna die when she did because she was a picture of health, especially compared to her husband. Everyone including both of them thought that she’d outlive him and neither herself or her husband were mentally prepared for it to go the other way around…I’m just glad that she was willing to allow herself some relief in her last days and that her husband has my family checking in on him weekly. My little sisters visit him and he treats them like his grandchildren. I think he is doing better now, but the first year was very rough on him

I personally make sure my mind is in a good place before i smoke, because if I’m on edge it can make those feelings worse
