Travis, I know that you were really scared (or nervous) while Katie was pregnant and I totally understand. You didn’t know what you were in for (just like all new parents) But you have NOT stopped smiling, oohing & ahhing, and saying look at how cute she is. You are the best dad and your heart will just grow bigger with the second baby. ❤

My due date with my son was October 18th and I went into labor on October 2nd and had him on the 3rd. So excited for your sweet family. There is just nothing greater than the privilege of having children.

It’s so good to just plan to have a healthy birth. As much as we want to plan; childbirth is going to throw curve balls and we all just have to be ready to go with the flow. All I wish for you is a healthy mom and baby.

You guys have your heads screwed on right and have such a positive and loving outlook on parenting, as all parents should. When Travis was describing how he just wants to pour love into his children, that’s just like God’s love towards us! It’s such s as beautiful thing to see. I’m much older than you guts but you inspire me to do better. I didn’t get as good of a start in life that you both (with the loving family environment you were raised in) did but I can change that and give my son a better start in life! 🩵

As a mom of two sons, ages 41 & 27, please know that I feel exactly the same way about my children. To love them, see them making their lives into the adventures that they desire, and be successful doing it…is everything. My 89 yo father says he feels exactly about me to this day as well…parenting has been the best, most fulfilling role of my life…congratulations on you two (and all the Bates’ families) for being such great parents. 💞🥰

I have 2 kids. My daughter is 20 and my son is 17. It's been wonderful having 2 kids. They both love each other a lot. My daughter is very protective of her brother. So it's good ❤❤😊
