We review a 2024 Audi RS3 with a legendary 5-cylinder engine and quattro all wheel drive.

Just like in previous generation, the power comes from a 2.5-liter turbocharged inline-5 cylinder which now delivers 401 hp and 369 lb-ft of torque. A 7-speed dual-clutch transmission transfers the power to all wheels, and with exclusive to the RS3 Torque Rear mode, which essentially, is a drift mode. 0-60 takes a little over 3 seconds, which is a territory reserver for supercars like Ferrari or Lamborghini.

The RS3 is built on the MQB evo architecture, shared with cars like the new Golf. It received stiffer and lower suspension with McPherson struts in the front, four link setup in the back and standard adaptive dampers.

Other cars to consider are a BMW M2, Toyota Supra, or a Mercedes CLA 45 AMG.

What do you think about the RS3? Would you pick it over a BMW M2? Let me know!

Just got mine. It’s much faster than my former rs3 Nardo Edition. Wild!

Coolest sedan on the market imo...

This car is awesome, but better as a hatchback. Inline 5 for the win!

I'm guessing this is the last car with 5-cylinder engine offered? In modern history I think Volvo was the other brand that offered them. Sad to see them go.
