I didn't just choose the 4 heroes that I chose simply because of their single target damage but also because they are Warriors which means they have high defense, with that in mind, here are other heroes with great single target attacks:
Kimberra 1086%
Eorile 908%
Rudley(Not FC) 750%
Risis 750%
Vinity 504%
Venato 500%
Forbeta 500%
Some of these heroes deal damage over time and that DoT has been added to this total.
There are tank heroes with high damage multipliers if you don't have DPS heroes to fill the positions. For example Valarr with 750% and Berol 700%.
