Copper isnt the worst rank, ubisoft puts the best players there so they cant bring their amazing strats and map knowledge into proleague and comp
  • As a professional copper, I am very disappointed that you didn’t use the open floor plan strat. It’s when you use tachanka and completely remove every single wall that’s breakable in site
  • @Aphova
As a copper, seeing an Amaru pick on attack means you can sit back and relax a bit because the round is going to be won or lost in the first 10 seconds.

No one kicks my ass more than lower ranks. Lol when you play in higher ranks, you get used to the same default strats and pushes. You know where people are most likely gonna be and how they're going to use their utility. Lower ranks are so unpredictable, and it makes me rage 🤣

Yeah you got it around 3:50. Sometimes doing things "wrong" just works against good players because no one in their right mind would do it in a million years. Being unpredictable can help you create some openings because people aren't prepared.
  • You messed up the castle strat obviously. It works when you have all 5 anchors
  • The upper ranks are so used to people playing methodically, that rushes can take them off guard sometimes. It only really works once when you initially suprise them, but that one round can be enough to throw them for a good chunk of the game and might be able to push a win if done at the right time. I played college comp and my team lead loved throwing one rush round into each of the games we played. The vast majority of the time they worked and did some mental damage to the other team as well

The FMG-9 is an excellent weapon and i wish more defenders had access to it.
  • higher ranks are so keen on doin the same couple pushes on every map that when someone does something out of the ordinary ur like “why” us lower ranks got to find a way to be creative when we don’t have the mechanical edge, hence why some of these worked
  • 9:45 is not the true Amaru copper rush strat. For that you have the defuser and plant after going in hookah window, while you teammates flash and smoke you so no one can see what's going on
  • This has been true in just about every competitive game I've ever played. It's kinda funny actually. The actual good players just get caught off but some of the "dumb shit" that goes down in low elo. It's just a different game half the time. Hell, as someone coming from Overwatch I've even seen high elo tactics that just get you trashed on in low ranks. It's one of my favorite things about competitive games.

I would love a limited time mode of iron sights only. Would be interesting

This is actually a thing in so many different skill groups and hobbies that involves competition, the high ranks get so used to the same scenarios, that a weird thing from a low rank will temporarily throw them off their tempo

I always thought that the FMG-9 was a great SMG. Low recoil, decent damage with average mag size, it’s honestly not that bad considering Smoke has a professional Football players throwing arm it’s just as effective as using the Mossberg
  • @sandyman3070
I unironically love running the FMG on smoke. The thing is a laser, and has a 1.5x. Losing the utility of the shotty sucks, but god that thing just consumes heads.

How could the enemy predict what im doing if i dont even know what im doing

  • @abdulrasyiid
5:20 since smoke lose his shield, him played as aggresive anchor (anchor outside the site and do short roam) with fmg-9 is actually not bad
  • @DelModeee
I knew I didn’t suck at the game! Thanks for the affirmation Pox!
