    THANK YOU for emphasizing the importance of sleep & going to bed early if you want to wake up early! So many of these early morning routine videos skip right over that, so many people are probably still going to bed at 11 and trying to wake up at 4,5,6 am like their favorite influencer & then getting burnt out after a week…

    Your 5 am morning routine is sooo relax 😌 Mine is a sprint ! I start my work at the hospital at 7h15 am , so I wake up at 5 am , wash my face with cold water , drink lemon water, get dressed to the gym ( luckily is in the same building where I stay ) . 40 to 45 min exercise. Shower, get dressed for work, preper my lunch box , 6h30 I'm in the car driving to work 🙃 and to make it works no snooze! Never 😅
  • I am about to get melodramatic. But Sophie, you have no idea how much you helped me get out of a dark spot the last few months. I have followed you for years but this last few months you have been like a light in the dark. I appreciate every upload and all the hard work. I was having a rough morning and to see an upload from you completely changed my attitude and I’m feeling less alone. Going to go to the gym now. Lately a few things help, some friends, my gym, and your videos! 🌸
  • Kudos to you. I wakeup at 430 am, 3-4 days a week for work, sleep in on my days off. Sure I could get up early, but my body needs the rest. Working 12 hr shifts, hard physical labor really takes it out on a person. There are days when I get up around 7ish, but sometimes that's even rough.

    Love that you mentioned sleep- I go to bed at 8pm/8:15 to be in the gym by 4:20am latest. I will never skimp on sleep, or eating nutritious food throughout the day and making sure I enjoy it. I’ve learnt my lesson from going to the gym on and off. I go to the gym at the same time daily, and sleep at the same time daily. I used to feel guilty for having a routine, picking out my outfits the night before, planning and placing my breakfast items, vitamins in obvious places in my kitchen but I no longer do- people used to nag at me for being organised and consistent. Now it’s normal, and more people do it I feel bad for letting it get to me. Thank you for your videos.

    I've been having insomnia and I'm not falling asleep sometimes until 5am! which is crazy because I could literally be getting up for the day at that time. It makes me so nervous. But I'm trying to fix my schedule and I recently came across your videos. It gives me inspiration.. thank you :)

    Loved hearing how makeup makes you feel in the gym. I always feel kinda weird wearing makeup to the gym but it helps me with confidence and to perform better so it was nice hearing you talk about it 😊

    This week after having months of not feeling great mentally I got up and went to the gym for 6am three times and did a 35 minute workout. Home by 7am to get ready to travel into London to work. The mental shift has been huge. Saturday did it again. Went early and felt amazing. I have to have everything ready to go so I can literally roll out of bed into my workout gear. Have eaten well and the foggy cloud had lifted. ❤️ I love your videos and all the food you make. You feed yourself with goodness. Yum xxx
