A visit to New Matsusaka in Roppongi. Let's consider for a brief moment that it is actual Kobe beef and actual Matsuaka beef: Is it too expensive for what you get? For the price you would get 148 fingerlicking delicious Mosburgers in Tokyo.
Price: 61050 Yen (2 people).

20:03 I'm sorry, but did this crazy man really just put the entire blob of pure wasabi on one piece of steak?! What an absolute mad lad.

It's my usual routine to watch while eating an expired discarded lunch box.

In Tokyo, dinner is not just a meal—it's an adventure, a celebration of culinary craftsmanship, and a journey through the rich tapestry of Japanese culture and cuisine. Whether you're indulging in traditional fare or exploring avant-garde gastronomy, a dinner in Tokyo is sure to be an unforgettable experience for all the senses.

For those who can't read the bill. They had Kobe beef for 80$ in this size which is a really good prize. then comes 2 times the vegetables for 4.5$ each. After that comes the extra portion of rice for 7.5$, but they shared it. After that comes the dessert for 7.5$ per portion. Which looked ok in my eyes. But would really like to know what it really was, because the bill only says Japanese dessert. Then comes the drinks with one glass of red wine for 13.5$ and a glass of white wine for 11.3$. then comes the most expensive position on the bill and it is the Matsusaka beef with 180$, but it looks like they orderd a double portion, because the normal ala carte size would be half of the kobe. And last but not least the Kuroge beef with about 100$ I would be interested that you would share your opinion with us, which piece of meat tasted better.

New Matsusaka Roppongi does these very Well! I have just done there with the 3 fillets of Matsusaka/Kobe/Kuroge last Friday. This is so stunning to taste the difference. All 3 kinds are excellent, but Matsusaka is truly "crazy"! 🤤

I have a stainless steel griddle for my outdoor gas grill. It is such a pleasant experience to cook on and almost effortless as you can see in this video. It cooks meats and vegetables with no fuss and evenly distributes the heat so no charring or burning. It is very easy and straightforward to clean as well.

My Grandfather was a renowned Chef at a famous New York City Steak House. I remember, even as a young Lad, he would tell me "Today's Gourmet Meal is tomorrow's Raw Sewage".
