We’re back in Taiwan, this time traveling from the South to the North. Starting in the Southern port city of Kaohsiung!

It’s our first time in Kaohsiung since the pandemic, so explore the city with us by foot or train. From the stunning art installations of the Dome of Light to the vibrant street food-filled Pier-2 Night Market, Kaohsiung should be on your travel list before or after Taipei.
Kaohsiung is known as Taiwan's third most populous city and the largest city in southern Taiwan, so there’s really a ton of things to do.

Really love your videos. My sister and I will stay 5 days in Tainan so I was wondering for our 2 days of no plans, should we spend it in Kaohsiung or Taichung? We just like to look at cute shops, drink coffee, and eat at night markets when we travel so there's tons of walking around to see more places.
