Yum, I can't wait to hear about the Halo ice cream, it looks yummy. I am a Sicilian and we always had marinated artichoke hearts, olives, and mozzarella balls on holidays. Grandma always served them with sliced salami, pepperoni, and fresh Italian bread and crackers. So good, I'm kinda jealous of that one. HUGS

I think I spied maltitol in the Halo Top ingredients so if you're sensitive, beware! I love kefir! Lifeway is such a nice brand, too. I get their eggnog flavor in the winter. I used to make water kefir for awhile, but stopped because it became kind of a chore. Tom tried those Rebel ice cream sandwiches and we cracked up at how freakin tiny they were, but he thought they were good. Oh and "pollo" is pronounced poy-oh if you were wondering....I only took a semester of Spanish way back in my senior year of high school a million years ago so I only know a few words, but that was one of them. LOL Your meat haul looks great!
