This would be such good anime cannon - Also, rather than meeting and saying goodbye straight away, they should deal with an enemy for an arc together (Like Boruto with Kid Naruto/Jiraya). Would be cool if Itachi taught her his signature shuriken jutsu too and when Sarada returns back to her timeline, Sasuke will find Sarada on the training grounds practicing Itachi's shurinken jutsu and would be caught completely off guard.
