It’s called GPT-4o, and it will be rolled out to all users of ChatGPT, including non-subscribers.
It is faster than earlier models and has been programmed to sound chatty and sometimes even flirtatious in its responses to prompts.
The new version can read and discuss images, translate languages, and identify emotions from visual expressions.

It would be amazing to have an expert on everything in your pocket. A teacher who never get tired or frustrated. A teacher who always knows exactly how to help you learn. That would be game changing. We should be putting Federal dollars behind this and make it free for public schools.

there is a difference between sort having a gov try to own something. and just not being too hard on the private owners. regarding development and setup. i like the microsoft stuff. Honestly. but it don't know everything. i actually have to teach it a bunch of stuff. But it also helps scrutinise info for me in a wide range of fields.
