Boost Longevity With Fasting & Improved Sleep | Dr Satchin Panda

Published 2023-06-21
Lots of us know that circadian rhythms are vital to a good night's sleep. But we still get hungry at strange times, feel sleepy in the afternoons and crave sugar late at night. Dr Satchin Panda is the leading voice on circadian biology. And he can tell you how to get these rhythms in check.

His pioneering research into time restricted eating - AKA intermittent fasting - has revealed that when we eat might be more important than what we eat. Fundamentally, all these moving parts need to be aligned.

Dr Panda’s app Ontime Health will boost your wellbeing by focussing on four simple areas: sleep, fasting, sleep and light exposure. And in this episode, he reveals practical tips you can takeaway to improve sleep and get your circadian rhythm working for you | getontimehealth.com/

180 mg of melatonin is fine, no problem at all, no sleepiness the next morning because melatonin is not a soporific. dr. panda is not up on melatonin as he is on other things.
