This might just be the game of the show for me.

The demos clearly pushed the communal aspect of LBP2, allowing up to four players to a screen, and all four levels, I believe, were fan-made, showing off some clever new creation tools. Gravity, for example, can manipulated globally. The space station level I played felt particularly floaty, with launch pads careening me through labyrinths of electrical hazard blocks, a la Super Meat Boy. What was cooler were the gravity-bending in-game objects, which allowed me to stick to the ceiling, or control my landing.

From what I can tell, only platforming levels were on display, and none of the other game types that were revealed with LittleBigPlanet 2 was pitched "A Platform for Games".

Players were given infinite lives, and all the time in the world to mess around with the "poppit" editor. Unfortunately, despite all that, because I arrived late, the game was shut down as I was playing. Without realizing it, I bolted at the show worker, "lemme just finish this one level!"
