from 60 to 240 (or 144) has a big difference, but from 144 to 240 wasnt it so big like before. tbh I guess that if u want play smoother than 60hz, 144hz its a really big upgrade.

This guy is a demon on 60! Even more on 240. I hope you make the decision to stay on 240. (Provided of course you can get 240 fps most of the time, stacked arena might be difficult)

60 to 144 is like you're playing a whole new game. 144 to 240 is noticeable, but not as noticeable as 60 to 144. If you can get used to 240, you'll never go back

I think an 144Hz monitor would be best because you are using a laptop and your FPS don't seem to get over 200 in game. But, if you still want a super smooth monitor (not that an 144Hz monitor isn't smooth) you could get an 165Hz monitor. I use one and it's super smooth (I get about 170-210 FPS in game so imo a 240Hz monitor would be a waste of money, until I upgrade from a laptop to a desktop that is)

Based on your fps in game i would recommend getting a 144Hz monitor (still a huge upgrade from 60Hz) :)
