Now that I think about it, "Bette Midler of drag" is a great way to describe Jinkx. A gifted actor and singer and a very funny lady. And I totally agree with her, people shouldn't be discussing her weight, especially when we don't know what went into a person's weight gain. I personally gained a lot of weight after I started taking antidepressants for my anxiety and depression. You don't know everything people go through, and I think the way people comment on another person's weight is disgusting and uncalled for, especially since it doesn't affect you personally.

That's why Jinkx Monsoon is my favorite Drag Race winner EVER. Her charisma, uniqueness, nerve and talent are trully 100 porcent there.

It’s so funny to see Sasha’s portrait digitally imposed behind her the whole time and then at the end she’s like “now show me Sasha’s!”

Jinkx said f off and not comment on their body, but I LOVE that she embraces her body because MOST women’s bodies change from their early 20s to 30s and beyond. And we all need to learn to embrace that instead of shame it. Jinkx is such a talent and JOY!

As someone who is experiencing this series retroactively, Jinkx stands out to me as such a breath of fresh air. Watching this, I stopped to comment, because just as I was thinking how genuinely beautiful she is… she mentions the judgmental comments she gets about her weight. Anyway… SNL needs this woman more than ever, especially when four of their cast are leaving after this season. Her audition tape was hilarious, and she would be so versatile.

Duos where they pick their own teams would be EPIC Dela and Jinx Trixie and Katya Bob and Monet Violet and Gottmik Jaeda and Heidi Alaska and willam 👀 And soo many more iconic pairs!!
