Alito flag incident is ‘different from Ginni Thomas,’ as ‘it’s not just his wife’s house’

They dont wear white hoods anymore, instead they wear red hats and fly flags upside down.

Alito and Thomas have probably done permanent damage to the Court, I find it really tough to pretend they are objective about anything.

I am not sure how you can be in the Highest court in the land and still not trust our voting system. How ignorant do you have to be. All the education, what a waste. If these judges want to follow one man instead of the law. Remove them so they can go work on his campaign.

If a neighbor puts up a sign that uses offensive language, don't you just report it to the police and ask them to have it taken down? Clearly Alito is totally compromised and unfit to serve. on the Supreme Court.

In typical conservative cowardice Alito won't admit to what he did, it's despicable that this is a Supreme Court Justice. These people are determined to tear this country down.

Now we know why the Supreme Court didn't invoke the 14th Amendment, they would have to remove some Supreme Judges if they did!

It's very simple. Alito doesn't believe in the rule of law or court decisions. There were over sixty cases brought to contest the vote and all failed. All of them. So alito is saying he doesn't respect the rule of law.

BS! Both are the same! We have allowed are Supreme Court to be manipulated by politics! Same Thing! Both should resign and if not I would say once the Dems get control of all 3 branches, impeach both of them! For myself and other independent voters, this is starting to make a lot of us nervous as it shows that one group is not acting in good faith. I have both conservative and liberal view points on things and I do not want to see our highest court be influenced by any political movement, especially not one led by Trump!

Just disgusting. Of the three branches of federal government, the SC is supposed to be the least political if not entirely apolitical. That is why the Constitution allows for lifetime appointments.

This is such a threat to our democracy. I've actually experienced these red hats first hand and the trauma they cause. They drive around the community with those big American flags waving off the back of their cars while shouting USA and it's absolutely terrifying to experience.
