To expect the same exact person as you are literally pregnant is so unreasonable. You’re doing the best you can ♥️

Pregnancy is tough. Becoming a new mum is incredibly hard (rewarding of course) but your whole identity changes. I have a 3 month old and the best advice I got is to set no expectations for yourself, accept the new changes as you said and do not compare to your old self! This is a new chapter ❤

Take it slow Rachel! This pregnancy is what you both prayed for… Embrace it. ❤ sending love❤

Rachel you’ve put your body through a lot. You’ve struggled to get pregnant & with all the meds, transfers, mental health etc respectfully sit downnnnn & relaxxxxxx. Not only are you creating a new life but also a whole new organ (placenta). I’m currently 5 months PP. during my pregnancy I was napping like crazy which was rare for me & the best thing I did throughout my pregnancy was relax & take my time with things (house chores etc). Use this time to relax. Once the baby is here you’ll be a different kind of tired (mom tired. All my momma know what I’m talking about). Cherish these moments & take a step back & breathe.

I'm a few days out from doing my first IUI, and I started binge watching all of your videos from right before your first IUI procedure to now, and I just want to say thank you so much for the amount of information you gave on these procedures and the whole IVF journey. I learnt SO much from you and watching you go through the process. Seeing you pregnant has given me so much hope that we will be blessed with our rainbow baby soon. You mentioned once that we can sometimes feel during the TTC journey that we need a baby to fulfil us, but we need to realise that God has already fulfilled us, and a baby is just a beautiful addition to our lives 🤍 This opened my eyes so much, so I'm taking a step back and letting God take control. So thank you for your vulnerability and sharing your knowledge and experience. I'm on year 4 of TTC after a miscarriage at 12 weeks. But this is the year, I know it xx
  • Soon to be mama of 2 here. Don’t feel bad being “unproductive”, Rachel. You are growing a HUMAN, and that my friend, is hard work. Be kind and gracious to yourself. This journey is not forever. You will get your energy back ❤

thanks so much for the transparency in this video! i love seeing all the emotions and changes that can come with pregnancy and life in general. you’re going great even when it doesn’t feel like it! ❤
  • @miilenag
You are doing great, life will keep changing and things will feel confusing sometimes, but you are entering a beautiful stage that will bring a lot of joy too! Give yourself grace and dont put too much pressure on figuring it all out, I know from personal experience that it only causes more pain. Sending love ❤
  • Rachel you are doing just fine with your pregnancy, glad you had a cozy bath they are a wonderful form of self care🛁❤!

Regarding the productivity level, it will never return to how it was before... After the baby comes, it will be just survival on zombie mode
  • Love the reset day Rachel! I defintley did see a change in your videos in terms of your faith and also just you in general, but it’s okay we love and support you and can’t wait for baby! Thanks for updating us!

Awwww girl! I was pregnant last year and had a pregnancy loss and I know exactly what you are talking about it. I would describe it as text book depression… it happens because of the hormones. It was not enjoyable for me… I was angry, cried a lot, and felt so low of energy. Hang in there. Thanks for your honesty.

I love these reset videos they help me with my weekly resets!

Rachel you always makes me smile with your new vlogs😀😀
  • For the dog smell, I would suggest an air purifier if you don't already have one!! I have 3 cats and 1 dog, and it helps A LOT.

Your going to be a great mom and you got this 🙌 😊 you make sense and we are here for it.

You are such a beautiful person I love your videos. Embrace each step of the pregnancy it really is such an amazing journey that only us women get to experience and can really understand what an incredible gift it is to be able to create and bring life into this world. There is nothing like becoming a parent. With respect to not feeling like yourself, be gentle with yourself and remember your hormones are all over the place right now. Growing another human being is a lot of work. Take time for yourself. I remember going through mental and emotional struggles when I was pregnant many years ago. I am now a woman who is going through the next phase of the hormonal change of menopause and once again I don’t feel like myself either so I understand the struggle. Just know we are all here for you. You are going to be an incredible mom. Thank you for bringing us all along on your very personal journey. Sending love ❤️
