Many of you will be restricted to 30 minutes of running time because of other commitments, be it work, family, or anything in between… but that does not mean the end of improvement, as a 30-minute run can be a valuable addition to your training week.

Now, Mark will be giving you some 30-minute run workouts today, but first, we want to give you some golden rules to help you get the most out of that 30minutes.

    I'm just working through my couch to 5k and today I managed to run for 15 min straight for the first time! Can't wait to be able to run for 30 min to put these tips into practice hahaha

    Again a video in some of my favourite areas around Bantham and Thurlestone. I love the whole of the costal path particularly between Salcombe and Plymouth for walking, running and swimming. Keep up the great work GTN team. 👍🏻

    Depending on your fitness level, a 30 min run is either a 5k or 10k LOL

    This is a great! I am always pressed for time and always wonder if I can still have a quality run...
  • Hahahha this what I do in the week. Love hitting the hills in for 30min or do track HIIT intervals 800m sprints 30min good time to get that heart working.

    I just set goals during run. For example slightly higher for ~1k then full speed until next crossing then race speed next 5 trees include jumpiing or side steps. Just using the Environment i have without checking always my watch which stress me

    Ran for 30 minutes without stopping for the first time ever today. The distance and pace was definitely low. 3.37 km in 30 mins. Nonetheless I am glad I could get through the run.
  • Would it be enough to train 2 runs per week(long,interval), 2 rides(long, interval), 2 swims(strength, endurance) and 1-2 strength sessions to complete an ironman? June 2021. Thanks for the vid.
