    Not so sure about that fruit rule. The seeds of some fruits are dipped in pesticide so if that whole fruit comes from a seed dipped in pesticide I don't think that skin rule applies. For example oranges or I guess watermelons have thick skin but if you dip the seeds of those fruits in pesticides how well does that rule apply? I would say not to well

    What about oxalates/ lectins- lots of vegies? Do you have reasons to suggest large amounts of vegetables and fruits? Aren't meats (grass finished) a viable source of nutrition perhaps with a small amount of low oxalate vegetables ?

  • Just marvelous I love all the things that you mention not to eat and I have Parkinsons. If the manufacturer's would stop putting so much sugar and sodium in the food this might not be a problem everything is processed and packed with all these poisonous chemicals it's ridiculous. I think the food industry is in bed with the Pharmaceuticals.

    I believe Parkinson disease genetic disease my dad got Parkinson disease we didn't know anything about it when he was 60 years old suddenly his thumb was twitching first I thought essential tremor and myself I had extreme premature ejaulation problem since teenager it was extreme premature ejaulation and 2008 I was diagnosed Graves' disease and premature ejaulation was contunie and 2016 February I had mini stroke and after mini stroke diagnosed Parkinson disease I was shocked I never imagine I get Parkinson disease then found out my dad got Parkinson disease my life ruined it wasn't my fault genetically my dad gave me Parkinson disease I was only 44 years old
