    That’s a modern Sanda or Chinese Kickboxing fighter that uses him being a “Shaolin Monk” as a gimmick like a WWE Wrestler would. He has no affiliation whatsoever with the Shaolin Temple nor does he train in Shaolin martial arts.

    Both martial arts are beautiful to watch being practiced. When it comes to actual fighting . . . I just see flailing arms. Looks more like children fighting than professionals.

    Most martial arts can’t deal with grappling or submission holds on the ground that is what makes MMA the most dangerous form of fighting. Ju jitsu is also great.
