& HOW GOD BROUGHT US BACK TOGETHER

This reminds me of my husband! Dated ALL through college … we were that HBCU couple on our campus. Everyone was rooting for us… but we were known as us as a couple; not us as individuals. We were very codependent and it was unhealthy in some ways. We LOVED each other , but needed to grow separately… Broke up 3 days after graduation…. went our own ways for about 6 months Now we are married… We really needed that time apart to discover who we were because we were so ENGULFED in each-other. Also spending time with other people for less than 7 months showed us we didn’t want anyone but each other. It took time. We hurt each other in the process. Therapy, prayer and FORGIVENESS played a major part. But now, we are better than ever. God is amazing. What He brings together, no man can tear apart. If it’s God ordained, it’ll happen. Thank y’all for sharing!

Y’all really encouraged me. I broke up with my gf a few months back because I wasn’t in a healthy place where I could give her the best version of me anymore. The thing is God showed me that she was my wife before we even met (crazy right?) and I don’t see a future for myself with anyone but her. We went through ups, downs, had some issues (some similar to your situation and a few different) but I still believe we’re God ordained. There’s days I wonder if I am wrong about it but this was confirmation to just keep trusting God and let things continue to play out. Thanks for this video. God bless.

This reminds me so much of my relationship with my husband!!! We were best friends in high school and broke up a million times but in the end after 7 hard years God brought us together! Now we’ve been married for 10 years, have 2 amazing kids and we’re still best friends! This is so beautiful! It made me smile soooo much!! Wishing you the best and many beautiful years and memories! Yep 11:00 that was me and my now hubby. Looonnggg story short: Met in 2000. Best friends for 3 years. Went separate ways for 7 years...7 years of a hot mess, but in that time we grew into the mates we needed to be for one another...ran back into each other 2009. Married 2010 been together ever since. To God be the glory ❤
