I think, I repeat THINK! Foxys mechanic is that he slows down if the camera is active. Not necessarily when you are looking at him, so you can watch Freddy.

Me: The creepy music was really creepy when the animation was bright and colorful and silly, maybe when everything is dark and kinda creepy it'll be better THE NARRATOR: It was not, in fact, better.
