To me it's not the speed that makes it hard, but more so the visibility making it a bitch to keep track of the ghost chasing you.

You can escape easily from this ghost, but when you hear those super fast steps and when you cant see the ghost very clear (appearing and dissapearing, is very annoying), you get a weird fear and you really dont know where to run 😐
