  • I have been very health conscious ever since I was a teenager. Now I am Over 60 but still has a waist of 26 inches, was 27 when I got married. Stayed slim even after I had my children. No come, no alcohol and no juices & fizzy drinks. I have not had sugary tea for over 38 years gradually made my hubby give up sugar too. No alcohol allowed in my house. Everyone in my family maintains good weight and healthy eating. No white flour & no bread. Plenty of vegetables

Simply 🙏🙏🙏to the host and the guest. Need of the hour is an understatement. The ending thought of training the mind seems just right, both, to affect the current state of health and to influence the next generation. I am sure the change is inevitable and is coming, by introducing our scriptures in the school curriculum. What we all learnt just by emulating our elders, needs to be reintroduced. Our elders lived the values that children could imbibe free of cost. Today’s generation unfortunately have no such free role models around. Agree, there are exceptions. So, point is start the yoga sutras in school itself, so that we nurture our future world citizens with great inner strength.

  • Sir, I am a surgeon working in Himalayas, have met you and a great fan and admirer of you. I idealise you.Looking deep into this grave problem of our country, apart from teaching" eat right", should'nt the governments limit the number of alcohol shops, since easy availability is one of the mainstays of any addiction.
  • I am in love with Dr Sarin......God bless you loads of health. Your advice is the mantra for our health...the keys of life style management!
  • @arjun66618

  • @Namaste_5
Please arrange such interview for chronic kidney disease! There are increasing number of people who are suffering from CKD and there are hardly any interview on this topic. We only discuss about diabetes, liver issues, weight loss topics.
  • Very nice podcast Mrs. Smita Prakash which is very useful with lots of information on our stomach health. I am 68 years old and keeping good health by eating less and doing some yoga like pranayama and kapalbhati for 60 minutes a day. I even enjoyed working at the age of 67 for 40 hrs a week. As the doctor advised I never used the lift to go to the 5th floor office. Because I used to sit in front of the system of dual monitors. To pick my coffee or water I used walk to pantry. Ich leibe mein Schwarz coffee i.e I love my black coffee once in a day. So to keep us healthy we need to work more and eat one meal a day only vegetarian food. My name is Subbarao Sathyanarayana from Bangalore.
  • @DRJupe1606
I am having a weight of 50 kg since last 30 years and everyone sympathetically said that I am underweight and need to put on. But I knew that I am fine and healthy. I feel vindicated today after listening to Dr. Sarin.
