A motorist somehow walked away with just a few scratches after being struck head-on by a driver being pursued by police on the 405 Freeway in Los Angeles Friday.

    It's a miracle that the victim is ok but now this man has no car and insurance will probably give him pennies on the dollar for a replacement. I doubt any compensation will come from the suspect or city of LA in regards to this incident.

    This is a result of allowing politicians to run a state based on emotions rather than proven tactics. Politicians and "human rights advocates" have pretty much handicapped law enforcement by not allowing them to perform pit maneuvers or using lethal force when necessary.
