Fascinating on all fronts. Thanks for this. I would be interested in hearing more from Dr. Knight.

Excellent presentation I try and eat more than 30 different plants per day and recently increased it to 60 plants thru a diverse range of tropical fruit tree leaf teas…it has made a huge difference in my health🐸🌱

Psychiatrist from Harvard Dr. Palmer has had excellent results from treating patients with the ketogenic diet. It would be interesting to do a microbiome analysis before and after diet change of his patients. People on the carnivore diet also speak of tremendous improvement in their health too so a microbiome analysis would be most interesting there too.

Thanks

Dr. Knight, maybe look at studying WFPB diet instead of vegan.

Speak a bit more slowly and be careful to enunciate your words more clearly.
